You agree to use ShowManager Pro only for lawful purposes related to managing school and community theatrical productions. You may not misuse the service, upload harmful or unauthorized content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to its operation.

You are responsible for the production data, cast and crew information, and content you enter. ShowManager Pro does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.

ShowManager Pro, its branding, features, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowManager Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by a new version number and updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
